Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Third Age Health is pleased to present its dividend reinvestment plan (also referred to as “DRP” and “Plan”), which gives investors an opportunity, at your election, to reinvest some or all of the net proceeds of any cash dividends payable on Shares into additional Shares of the Company. Dividend reinvestment plans are fairly commonplace among listed companies and provide shareholders with a way to increase their investment in a company free of brokerage charges.

Participation in the Plan is entirely optional. If investors wish to increase their investment in the Company, they can enrol in the Plan, and the company will reinvest the net proceeds of cash dividends payable on Shares in additional Shares. Investors may participate in respect of all or some of their Shares. Shares issued under the Plan will be issued at the prevailing market price, or at a discount to the market price the Board may apply at its discretion, at any time a dividend is declared.
