Tony Wai
Tony Wai

CEO

Tony hails from a long and successful background in the healthcare sector. He was Interim CEO and GM Corporate Services with ProCare Health, New Zealand’s largest primary healthcare provider. Prior to that, Tony spent many years with Atlantis Healthcare Group, as Group COO NZ Managing Director. His previous experience was in the manufacturing sector with some of New Zealand's best-known brand where he held senior finance, operations, and advisory roles. Tony holds a number of advisory and governance roles relating to the disability sector, health IT and health consulting.

Geraldine Bromley
Geraldine Bromley

Head of Finance

Geraldine Bromley brings robust senior finance experience to Third Age Health, having previously served as Head of Finance at Dotterel Technologies Ltd and CFO at the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) in New Zealand. Her extensive background in finance, banking, and professional services is complemented by her qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Masters in Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship. At Third Age Health, Geraldine plays a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and enhancing organisational growth, ensuring our financial practices support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.

Dr Diane Leach
Dr Diane Leach

Associate Medical Director

Diane is a fellow of the NZ College of Gp’s , she graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1991. She and her cardiologist husband emigrated to NZ in 1996. She worked for a number of years as a paediatric registrar in South Africa prior to coming to NZ and then spent time at Starship Hospital as a registrar. She is part owner of a Papatoetoe general practice where she has worked for the past 25 years. She loves all aspects of general practice and has enjoyed watching her patients grow up and now start their own families, she has a very special interest in looking after the elderly. She is also very involved in women’s health and cardiovascular health assessment and prevention. Outside of work she has 3 boys and a retriever who keep her very busy with all their activities.

Campbell Patterson
Campbell Patterson

Relationship Manager

Campbell has been with Third Age Health since 2016 and is our key relationship manager working with both our clients and clinicians. Campbell has a career spanning marketing, entrepreneurship, and management operations. He can put his hands to most things and often steps in to support the operational side of the business including IT infrastructure, software integrations and supplier relationships.

Carla Gilmour
Carla Gilmour

Communications and Engagement Manager

Carla is a skilled corporate marketer with over 15 years of experience building brands and executing successful marketing strategies for multinational organizations. She began her career in South Africa, providing niche services marketing before moving to a large multinational where she developed marketing strategies for data solutions across various industries. Since moving to New Zealand in 2014, Carla has continued to grow her marketing skills and develop a deep understanding of the unique New Zealand market. When she's not working, Carla volunteers at her local community garden and food forest, and enjoys spending time with her family at their property in Northland.

Clinical Change Advisor

Lucy is a nurse with a passion for public health and primary care. She has worked as a practice nurse in a variety of general practices, as a public health nurse for ARPHS, and has project managed various health projects at ProCare. Her drive to explore the determinants of wellness has led her to leadership roles in the sport sector and board positions in community activation and ethical trade. She brings experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and designing innovative health solutions.

Niomi Fleming
Niomi Fleming

Practice Manager - Aged Residential Care

Niomi has joined the Third Age Health team as our dedicated ARC Practice Manager. Niomi has 10 years’ experience in the primary care sector, having most recently been practice manager at Four Kauri Medical Centre. Niomi holds executive roles with the Practice Managers and Administrators Association (PMAANZ). She is passionate about the health sector and is dedicated to improving systems which lead to the delivery of high-quality care. She has a particular interest in minimising barriers to care and reducing inequalities within the health sector.

Practice Manager - Eastmed

Ange Patel brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to her role as Practice Manager at EastMed, with a decade spent in management roles, particularly in primary care. Her deep commitment to patient service and operational excellence has defined her career, ensuring that patients receive the highest standards of care. Ange is dedicated to enhancing service outcomes and her management experience in various healthcare settings enriches her approach, focusing on efficiency and patient satisfaction. At EastMed, Ange is pivotal in overseeing daily operations and leading our team to meet the evolving needs of our community, driving our commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Madelaine Young
Madelaine Young

Clinical Change Co-ordinator

Madelaine Young Madelaine is a registered nurse who has worked in various nursing roles within the hospital setting, private sector, and community. Madelaine has experience caring for older adults in both the acute and long-term care setting. Her previous experience as a needs assessor and service coordinator has given her the opportunity to help patients and families coordinate care at home and moving into residential care. Madelaine is passionate about patient centred care and advocating for vulnerable people. Madelaine has worked as a caregiver and a nurse in long term residential care and is eager to contribute to clinical change in this space to improve the lives of people living in care.

Reece Danby
Reece Danby

Practice Manager - Auckland

Reece is a seasoned health service manager with a proven track record of successfully leading teams. From his previous role as Operations Manager at NRHCC, he brings extensive experience to our team. Reece excels in communication and collaboration, and is committed to providing his teams with the necessary resources to achieve success.
